USPAP 15 Hour & 7 Hour Update Course
The Houston Chapter of the ASA is sponsoring a local USPAP Course in January 2018. This is a great way to attend the required course locally.
15 hour course with exam: Thursday and Friday, Jan 18 & 19, 2018, 8:30 - 5:00 (must attend both days)
7 hour update course without exam: Saturday, Jan 20, 2018, 8:30 - 4:30

|Required||The 2018-19 USPAP book is required to attend either course. Outdated versions will not be accepted and refunds will not be granted if attendees have no USPAP, either in paper book or electronic format. An electronic version of the 2018-19 USPAP Book will be available prior to the courses, at The Appraisal Foundation.

|Instructor||Vanessa Hendrickson. - A native Houstonian, Ms. Hendrickson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Southern University and a Master of Divinity from the Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary. She is certified by the State of Texas as a General Appraiser, and has successfully completed numerous courses through the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, The Appraisal Foundation, The Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the International Right of Way Association.
She has been active in the real estate industry for 39 years, and a practicing Real Property Appraiser for 34 years. She has served as an expert witness in Harris, Fort Bend, and Brazoria counties. She has been a part of the Adjunct Teaching Faculty at San Jacinto Community College, and taught at the Champion School of Real Estate for over five years. She is also certified to teach the Uniform Standards and Practices of Professional Appraisers. Her notable clients include the City of Houston, Metro, Harris county Flood Control, and TX DOT. She currently serves on the Veteran's Administrative Fee Panel.
